Week 4 is where everything you've learned becomes something real. This planner guides you from idea to finished project — one you can actually use, share, or build on.
Build something real
What counts as a project? Anything that uses AI as a meaningful tool and produces something you'll use again. It doesn't need to be technical. It needs to be yours.
Step 1 — Choose Your Project Type
- Personal Productivity System — AI-powered note organizer, weekly planner, or email workflow
- Content Workflow — A repeatable system for writing blog posts, social content, or reports
- Research Assistant Setup — A set of prompts for researching any topic quickly
- Learning Accelerator — Use AI to learn a new skill faster (flashcards, explanations, quizzes)
- Problem Solver — Apply AI to one real recurring task or bottleneck in your work
- Other — Define your own (write below)
My project (if Other, describe it here)
Step 2 — Define Your SMART Goal
Specific — What exactly will I build?
Measurable — How will I know it's done?
Achievable — Is this realistic in one week with 20–30 min/day?
Relevant — How does this connect to my actual work or life?
Time-bound — My target completion date
Step 3 — Break It Into Steps
| Step | Description | Time estimate | Done? |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | [ ] | ||
| 2 | [ ] | ||
| 3 | [ ] | ||
| 4 | [ ] | ||
| 5 | [ ] | ||

Step 4 — Build Log
| Day | What I planned | What actually happened | Adjustment |

| Day 1 | |||
| Day 2 | |||
| Day 3 | |||
| Day 4 | |||
| Day 5 |
Step 5 — Final Documentation

The AI tools I used and how
What worked better than expected
What didn't work and why
What I'd do differently if I started over
What I want to build or learn next
✦ Do This Now
After your project: go to the Final Reflection Page. Your project doesn't have to be perfect. It has to exist.
