Motivation Sheet
Your personal why — return here whenever you feel stuck

This sheet is your anchor. Fill it out during Week 1 when motivation is high. Return to it whenever you feel stuck, behind, or tempted to quit.

Your why matters
Your why matters

When to use this: Anytime you're considering skipping a session, falling behind, or questioning whether this is worth it. Read Section A first. Then Section D if needed.

Section A — Your Why

Write your answers during Week 1. Be specific. Vague reasons don't hold up when motivation dips.

The main reason I want to learn AI right now
What I want to be able to do with AI 30 days from now (be specific)
One person in my life who would benefit if I actually finish this
What will still be true if I don't finish — and how does that feel?

Section B — Evidence It's Working

Update this weekly. Even small wins count. Especially small wins.

Week 1 win
Week 2 win
Week 3 win
Week 4 win

Section C — What Gets You Stuck

The most likely reason I'll fall behind (be honest)
The time or situation when I'm most likely to skip a session
What I tell myself to justify quitting (write the actual thought)

Section D — What to Do When You're Stuck

1Reduce the goal to 10 minutes
Not feeling it today? Do 10 minutes only. Open the tool, try one prompt, close it. That counts. Streaks are built on showing up, not on doing it perfectly.
2Re-read Section A
Your reasons are still true. Read them out loud if needed. Motivation follows action — start the session first, then see how you feel after 5 minutes.
3Log the break honestly
If you step away for a few days, log it in the Weekly Progress Tracker. Honesty keeps the system working. Pretending you're on track when you're not breaks it.
4Adjust the timeline — don't abandon it
30 days is the target. 45 or 60 is fine. The only option that doesn't work is stopping.
My adjusted completion date (if needed)

Section E — Your Commitment

Write and sign this during Week 1.

I, [name], commit to completing this system by [date]. When I want to quit, I will re-read this sheet before making any decisions.
